Flying is probably mankind’s greatest dream; it is a deep-rooted topic in ancient literature and still fascinates us today. Our effort at flying has
been documented as far back as 400 BC, when the Chinese built toys capable of vertical flight.  Some 2400 years later, we have state of the art
helicopters, capable of missions during all weather conditions and performing acrobatic tricks.

For most people, however, this technology is inaccessible. For their day to day life, they are still stuck in traffic in rush hour, still dreaming about
the possibility of flying to work, or anywhere else, for that matter. The only time they do fly, it is in a commercial airliner, and the experience
relates more to a nightmare than a dream.

Flyingtronix plans to change that; using commercial technology and developing some on its own, it plans to introduce an aircraft (codenamed
Zelopter) that will be capable of vertical takeoff /landing and serve well for local commute. Due to its fully automated design, the pilot will also not
be laden with the responsibility of flying it safely; the machine will essentially fly itself, and all that the pilot has to do is tell it where to go.

This technology can also be installed on existing helicopters and make the much more stable and easy to fly.

Flyingtronix was conceived Nov 2009 and legally born in June 2010. We are currently working on the development of a scaled prototype, for
demonstrating technology and verifying the concept.
